Admissions enquiry
privacy notice.
Notice version: admissions-2026-10-09
This notice covers the enquiry form at /admissions/china. Agora Scholars uses the details you submit to review your enquiry and contact you about admissions advice.
What the form collects
Your name, email, whether you are the student or a parent/guardian, country of residence, the student’s citizenship, degree goal, target entry year, type of help requested, and whether you are considering paid advice. It also records your consent and an enquiry reference.
You may also tell us how you first heard about Agora Scholars. This question is optional. We keep your answer with your enquiry to understand how people find us; it records your own recollection.
If you arrive through a campaign link, the form can include that link’s campaign labels and advertising click identifiers with your enquiry. These help us understand which enquiries came from our advertising. The form does not send your answers to an advertising or analytics platform.
How we use it
We use your details to assess whether our service fits, respond to you, and keep a record of the enquiry in Agora’s client system. This form does not sign you up to a mailing list. Website hosting and the client system process the information needed to provide those services.
Students under 18
A parent or guardian must submit an enquiry for a student under 18, using the adult’s contact details. Do not send identity documents, transcripts, financial records or other sensitive documents through this form.
Your choices
You can ask about your enquiry, request a correction or deletion, or tell us not to contact you further by emailing leolindthu@gmail.com. If you prefer not to use the form, you may contact that email directly.
What happens when you submit
A request is confirmed only when the receiving system acknowledges it. If you see an error, receipt has not been confirmed. No paid service or appointment is booked by submitting an enquiry.
